Note: Internet Explorer 7 and the .NET Framework will not utilize a proxy server if the URI's host is 'localhost' or '127.0.0.1'. The workaround is to provide the machine name or IP address of the local machine as the host. To determine a machine's IP address, run 'ipconfig' from a command prompt.
